Hi. I am on the pill however I missed one in the last week. I haven't had intercourse but on the pill free week I became curious and started checking my cervix a few times each day. I put a clean finger inside and was able to touch my cervix and really rub it to feel it. I then begn my withdrawal bleed and am currently still bleeding. I feel so stupid now because I'm thinking that by touching my cervix could I have caused a pregnancy?? I have really irrational thoughts, like what if maybe I had touched something around the house or shopping centre with sperm on it and have transferred it to my cervix. Is this possible? Should I be worrying? I feel I may have some form of OCD with this issue. your help/advice would be appreciated.

The vaginal bleeding is your period.
You are not pregnant.
You could not become pregnant by touching your cervix.
Sperm dies once semen dries and not found on items around your house or at the shopping center.
