I'm having a sharp pain in my lower-right abdomen every time I breath in. I don't have an appendix, already had that removed. And have tried using the restroom. Should I be concerned?

Any abnormalities, such as the onset of sharp pain, are of concern and need to be physically evaluated.
There are many possible causes for sharp pain in the lower right abdomen. Kidney stones, ovarian cyst, bowel adhesions from prior surgery and colitis are, but not limited, potential diagnoses.
You need a physical examination of your abdomen. An ultrasound can help identify the problem.
Please contact your physician,
