What causes bloating in the body? How can I avoid excess bloating?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Bloating can occurs from swallowing air, foods and beverages, constipation, certain medications, bowel obstruction or Crohn's disease. You need to monitored what you are eating or drinking, If you are taking any new medication or do you have any other symptoms accompanied by the bloating. Which it can indicate a more serious problem. In order to know what can be causing the bloating.
