If I am understanding your question correctly, you had a withdrawal bleed after taking ECP (emergency contraception). And you want to know if it's ok to have protected sex? Using protection is wise, yes, to prevent pregnancy. ECP should not be used as a regular method of birth control, it's for emergencies.
