Today’s Move It Monday post is all about the small workout moves you can incorporate anytime, anywhere! Every day we do things such as brushing our teeth, waiting for our food to cook, and even driving out car, but did you know that while we are doing these small tasks we can incorporate moves to tone those muscles? It’s true! Take a look at some of the exercises you can add to your daily routine below:
Jumping Jacks while waiting for your breakfast to cook in the microwave or on the stove
Calf raises while blow-drying your hair
Crunches during commercial breaks during your favorite TV show
Driving? Squeeze your abs and booty muscles repeatedly till you reach your destination. Hold your abs in at red-lights!
At work? Every hour, get up and do lunges around your office, or squats over your chair!
Waiting in line at the grocery store? Do calf-raises!
Waiting for the shower to warm up? Do 10 knee-to-elbow oblique crunches each side!
Inner and outer thigh raises while WATCHING your favorite TV show
What other things do YOU do throughout YOUR daily routine to fit in a little exercise with everyday tasks/chores? Comment below! Happy Monday everyone! :)
