Accountability. I know that it’s coming once a week, and I know that I have to stay on track and keep doing it on a daily basis in order to get a good result at the end of the week. And getting on the scale is either going to be happiness or disappointment, depending on what I have done all week long. Nine out of ten, it’s been happiness, so it’s worked for me.
