I still have the same cravings that I did before, but I changed my choices. Like, if I want a hot fudge sundae, instead of going to get the one that’s 16 ounces, I’ll go get a fat-free cone or something. I still have ice-cream, I still have pizza, but I changed which kind of food I select. Instead of the high-fat, high-calorie one, I’ll buy the low-fat, the lower-calorie item, and that satisfies me just as much.
