Detach A Bit From Things Outside Of You

Having too strong an attachment to things, events and people can be unhealthy. Therefore, we will want to allow ourselves to detach somewhat from the things/people outside of ourselves and begin to acquire our grounding and connection to ourselves. Thus, when you feel that strong attachment to things/people outside of yourself, instead focus inward and connect to yourself.
