Wellness Coach Deborah Kesten explains how women can discover their overeating style.

Deborah Kesten:
There are several ways to find about their overeating styles to see where you are. One is EmpowHer. I wrote an article with EmpowHer and you can kind of get a hint about that. Two, on our website, which is enlightened-diet.com. We are offering the 72-item questionnaire free, so feel free to visit our website and find out about that, and we also have a book called The Enlightened Diet by myself, Deborah Kesten, and my husband, Larry Scherwitz. And also we have published this in the peer-reviewed medical journal called Explore, The Journal of Science and Healing.

So this is not, I really want to underscore this, this is not a magic Deborah-diet. This is a way in which we have eaten for thousands of years and a way in which people who are naturally thin continue to eat.
