It can be just about anything depending on what your chemical make-up is like. So, used to be that people were told, "Don’t eat chocolate, don’t eat cheese. Those things can trigger the migraines," and now we know that it really is different person-to-person. So, some people can eat cheese or have a piece of chocolate every day and they are fine. Other people can never touch those things. So it is going to be different for you: weather can be a trigger, getting your menstrual period can be a trigger. There are a number of different possibilities.
