5) Sleep together
Lack of sleep can leave him at risk for heart disease and other diseases.
Lack of sleep also throws hunger hormones leptin and ghrelin out of balance, paving the way for unwanted weight gain.
Does he have trouble sleeping? Is he not rested when he wakes up? Encourage him to find out if he has a sleep disorder like sleep apnea.
Develop a sleep routine together in which you go to bed and get up around the same time each day.
