I'm a passionate advocate of healthy living. I used to get ill with tonsillitis and sinusitis a lot in High School but since making changes to my lifestyle, making it more healthy, my health has improved a lot and I get ill much fewer times. I would never say there has been a time in my life when I've eaten really badly or done hardly any exercise but it's amazing what some change can do.
Headaches and migraines have also been a problem for me but watching my diet is good at reducing the frequency of them by finding out, and avoiding, trigger foods.
I write a blog 'Helen's Healthy Living Dream Cuisine' to inspire others to eat healthily and show that healthy food does not have to be boring!
As a graduate of an MSc Psychology of Mental Health, I am also passionate about wellbeing and mental health awareness.
