Dr. Harness, M.D.:

She probably shouldn’t experience any swelling if the skin has been placed down flat by the surgeon. Again, if the skin, extra skin is left and there’s sort of like a old apple, so to speak, sort of gnarly and, and what have you, it, it could look kind of swollen too, but there really shouldn’t be any swelling after this.
