I think my endo has spread to my lungs Ive heard it could happen, how or what do i tell my doctor how can this be checked?

I was diagnosed with endo about 10 years ago but I think it has spread a lot.

I'm certainly not a doctor, but my doctor did talk with me about endometriosis of lungs. He said that a sign (not a positive by any means) is coughing blood during mentration. This could mean endometriosis in the lungs. I have asthma, so I was just trying to ensure that my breathing/coughing was just that and not due to endometriosis.
