I agree with what joysmith118 told you. It sounds like normal mid menstrual cycle discharge. If it bothers you, you can wear a panty liner on those days, and/or call your doctor for reassurance. It's always a good idea to keep track of these things you notice about your menstrual cycle, so you begin to see patterns. You also will more easily notice when something is going wrong. Anytime you get strange symptoms, it's not unheard of to call your doctor's office and speak with the nurse. It sounds like what you have is the "cervical mucous"...but like joysmith118 said, if you experience foul odor, itching or excessive pain, contact your doctor or urgent care clinic.
