So you're pregnant? Congratulations! Have you contacted a doctor yet? Most doctors like to visit with you starting at 8 weeks pregnant and set up a schedule of visits so they can make sure everything is going as it should. Are you under the care of a doctor for your low-iron, or are you taking medicine? It's important to talk with a doctor to make sure all medications you are taking are safe to take when pregnant. They may want to make adjustments to make sure of that.
What you eat when you are pregnant is very important because all the food you consume is going toward helping build that baby, and you want to make sure you are eating foods that are safe to eat also. It's also important to drink a lot of water--many doctors recommend 8 glasses each day.
