Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. The home pregnancy test (if taken after you missed your period and ideally a week after missing) is usually up to 99% accurate, so I think you can rule that out. If you're still concerned you could be pregnant, you can request a blood test from your doctor to confirm your hormone levels, it's called a Quantitative hCG Beta blood test.
Fibroid or Ovarian Cyst: doctors often treat with what's called "watchful waiting." Make sure to ask your doctor's office how long you should wait before making an appointment. And make sure that if you experience excessive pain or discomfort, to seek urgent medical attention. Here is more information about both:
