Hi b_ritt87,
Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Anytime you forget to take your pills, you increase chances of getting pregnant. If you find you forget often, you may want to incorporate a backup method like condom, spermicide, or withdrawal, just to be ultra-safe. In your current case, however, we can't determine if you are pregnant as we are not doctors. Generally speaking though, bleeding means you aren't pregnant. And being on the pill should keep you from getting pregnant. Your menstruation may be light when on the pill, and can change from month-to-month, and be affected by many factors like sickness, diet, exercise level, and stress. Try to be extra diligent this month, and if you don't get your period next month, take a test. Or if you're overly concerned, take a test now to ease your mind.
