Bleeding, especially heavy bleeding like you say you are having, indicates you are not pregnant. So "in the clear". You may want to work extra diligently to make sure you don't put yourself at further risk for pregnancy and having to take the plan B pill. If you intend to continue to be sexually active, it may be time to schedule an appointment with your doctor (gynecologist, or family doctor) to go over birth control methods and find one that's right for you. Or have your partner pitch in by picking up some condoms. This time can be fun for both of you if you take precautions and avoid unneeded stress.
