This is a question for your doctor whom would be intimately familiar with your personal health. Normally, when one ovary is removed, the other one takes over and can produce eggs to compensate for the right one not being there. In this case, it should not be a problem for you to become pregnant. But as stated, ask your doctor. They should be your best resource for information particularly in your case--they also may be able to help with suggestions and medications as needed to improve your chances if you are trying to conceive.
