Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. I'm not sure what mox 500 and crocin 650 are. Are those the full product names? Ask your doctor what pregnancy category these medications are. Here is more explanation of what that means: American Pregnancy Assn: FDA Drug Category Ratings.
Basically, if your symptoms are manageable without taking medication, then don't take the medication. But if you're miserable, you can assess any risk in taking medication, and decide if you should take it or not.
Some alternative ways to deal with a cold in pregnancy include: using sinus rinse (neti pot or sinus bottle product), drinking plenty of clear fluids, sucking on pectin drops for sore throat or drinking a hot water (decaf tea) with lemon and honey, and getting plenty of rest. Your doctor or midwife likely will have suggestions for what's safe to take for colds in pregnancy as well.
