3 months no period, negative pregnancy test

Hi I'm Roxanne, I'm 20 and me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for some time now. I've never missed a period under any circmstances. Now it's been about 3 months that I haven't had a period and every pregnancy test I take comes out negative. Can some one give me any advice on what can be wrong with me?? :/
