hi,,please I had a foreplay when i was on my ovulation period and my boyfriend pre-ejaculated on my hand and i mistakenly touched him with the same hand and in the process he used the had to romance me around my Virginia but he didn't put his hand inside me neither did we have sex. I took postnor 2 the next day although since then i have been experiencing Virginia discharge whitish in colour....please are the chances of pregnancy...thanks

There is no possible way to get pregnant from these events. It is simply not how the science works.
The ONLY way to become pregnant is if the male ejaculates into the vagina during penetration without any protection. You did not need to take EC since you did not have intercourse.
You may experience vaginal bleeding within the next few days which is a normal side effect of taking EC. Your period will return to normal during your next few cycles.
Vaginal discharge is the natural way the vagina cleans itself. It is normal to see more discharge after being sexually aroused because the body makes a natural lubricant that is thick and can be whitish in color.
