I've asked this question before and have been told pregnancy doesn't prove a risk in my case
(Rubbing a penis on my underwear about a week ago this happened) I've been told sperm cannot travel through my underwear
I'm still scared I MAY still be pregnant. I'm having sore breast, darkening nipples and bumbs on my nipples ?! I also found something white on my nipples ?! Could I be breastfreeding ? Im so so so so scared I'm too young to be pregnant !! Can someone please give me advice ? Should I take pregnancy test? Are these clear symptoms of pregnancy or am I still safe ? And why are my breast so different if I'm not pregnant
Thanks

Hi Anon,
Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.
The EmpowHER community is a vast resource to help you take control of your health. Knowledge is powerful in that it helps us gain control and make better decisions moving forward.
Take a few deep breaths to calm yourself down.
It is true, sperm can't travel through underwear an impregnate you. Unless you have had unprotected sex where sperm has been ejaculated in your vagina, you are not pregnant. If you have had unprotected sex, then yes, take a home pregnancy test.
Sore breast are a sign of ovulation or menstrual cycle. Other changes in your breast come as you get older and hormone levels change. If there isn't any chance of being pregnant, because you haven't had unprotected sex, there is no chance that your breast could be producing milk for breast feeding purposes.
As for the changes in your breast, and the white on your nipples, I would speak to an adult female (Mom, Aunt, Sister, Grandmother) or make an appointment to see your doctor to rest your mind.
Lastly, you have control over the way you handle this in the future. Don't stress yourself out with worry and anxiety. If you're going to engage in sexual activity or activity that could lead you there, protect yourself against possible pregnancy.

I hope this helps.
