Hi,

Four months back, I and my boyfriend were messing around. He did not ejaculate inside me (no penetration) but he ejaculated on my butt. and when he fingered me, he had pre ejaculate on his fingers. After this incident, I had my periods for 3 months but periods were irregular. My periods lasted for 4-5 days and there were clots with the blood. I have heard it is possible to have vaginal bleeding during pregnancy that resembles periods. And i have sudden flutters in my stomach. Is it possible that I am pregnant? I am under lot of stress because of this pregnancy fear. Please help me out.

Thanks.

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
First, I'd like to describe a little about the process of conception.
Women can only become pregnant during ovulation which lasts up to 2 days. Ovulation occurs about 2 weeks before your period. If the egg is not fertilized during that short that, it will be eliminated with the menstrual bleeding. If a women does become pregnant during ovulation she will sometimes experience implantation bleeding about 2 weeks later around the time when she would usually have her period. However the bleeding is only spotting that lasts 1 or 2 days. It is noticeably different than a regular period.

You can't be pregnant because you have had 3 regular periods. If you are worried about pregnancy even without having intercourse then perhaps you are not ready to be sexual involved with someone. Sexual activity should never cause extreme stress as you are experiencing. So, do what makes you comfortable.
