Am I pregnant?

This is really embarassing for me but I really need advice.

Last saturday my boyfriend and I just woke up and things kind of escalated to him rubbing his unprotected penis against my lower area, He didn't go inside my vagina.

I stopped him before things went too far and about two minutes later he finished himself and ejaculated but away from me.

I hear pre ejeculate can cause pregnancy and thats what has me worried, because of him rubbing his penis against my lower area.

I'm on birth control and I do take it at odd times, normally at 5;00pm but I'm known to go until 5:30pm to take my birth control pills. I'm really terrified I may be pregnant after all the reading I've done and this actually has happened before him rubbing on me a long time ago and I was fine but he went longer this time and maybe something went wrong?

Please help I'm really nervous and having panic attacks right now about it

Guide

Hi, Sheryllann,

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

If there was no intercourse/ejaculation inside you, you cannot be pregnant.
Also, Pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If he had a prior recent ejaculation, sperm might remain in the urethra - the tube through which urine and semen pass. But once he would urinate, any remaining sperm would be flushed away. I hope this helps.

Best,
Helena
