my gf & i never had sex, she is still a virgin, however i ejaculated on her tummy area but when i was about to stand up the tip of my penis with sperm touched her vulva (near the opening, the hole of the vagina but outside) it accidentally touched it for no more than 1 second and i wiped the semen off of her vagina after like 10 seconds.. i am scared the semen will find a way to get inside bc she was wet that time and it could mix with it and go inside, there was only a small amount of semen

From what you have shared, there appears to be no risk for pregnancy. You ejaculated outside of her body and removed the semen within ten seconds.
That was quick and not time for sperm in the semen to travel inside her body.
