Hello! My name is Kristin. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex almost two weeks ago. Im supposed to start my period 4/27/14, however, I started a light bleeding 4/24/14 2 days now its been going on. Its a dark red blood with some clumps. (TIM) I havent had any pregnancy symptoms other than urinating a lot which im sure is from stress and anxiety. I do realize what we did was a huge mistake. The amount of blood ive gotten in one day is enough to fill one pad. Is thisspotting or is my period coming on slowly and lightly? Thanks!

Welcome to EmpowHER. Anytime you have unprotected intercourse your chances for a pregnancy to occur are higher. Have you taken a home pregnancy test?
