I am on Jolessa birth control pills, 84 day cycles with 7 inactive pills. The first day of my last period was 08/04/2016. I had sex on 09/30/2016. Can I get pregnant?

Hi AnnaS198

Thank you for your post!

Birth control pills, when taken correctly, are 99% effective. When taken correctly, it's very rare that someone would get pregnant.

If you have further concerns, a pregnancy test can confirm this, it would be accurate by now.

Best,
Susan
