My first week of my birth control pack.. I was 16 hours late on my second pill. I am now on my fourth pill today and I threw up an hour and forty minutes after taking it. I had sex on my first day of the pill, he did pull out. Am I at risk of being pregnant? Should I get plan b?

It's a bit difficult to know whether you should take EC given the two instances in a matter of days. Since you threw up 1.40 after taking it, it was very likely to have already been absorbed by the body so there should be no issue. You can take EC as a precaution if you are anxious. There is likely no need but it's up to you.
