Is Blood tinged discharge a sign of pregancy but no sex

I've been worrying for a few days as me and my boyfriend were doing sexual stuff....but not sex...we would always keep our clothes/underwear on and our penis/vagima never touched and if we touched eachothers parts we would always wash our hands....today I noticed some very light blood in my discharge(a small amount) with some uncomfort feeling in my stomach....my Qs are is this a sign of pregnancy and my other q is I read online that u get blood discharge after the egg attaches to the womb...how long after doing sexual stuff would the bleeding come along.....or do u think this is a hormonal thing....ps I had this like 2 months ago aswell and I got checked for chlamidia and gonnerhea and it came back negative....please reply thank you
