Can drop of fresh semen impregnate if no sexual intercourse happened. Just mutual masturbation and afraid that some drops of semen went on or near vagina because ejaculation is not directly on the vagina.

This can happen, if the ejaculate is on the entrance to the vagina - but it's uncommon. A woman would also have to be ovulating.
Genital to genital contact is simply not a safe sex activity.
