My boyfriend and I started to dry hump a few days ago. I was wearing a bathing suit bottom with a dress. He was wearing what looked to be basketball shorts. He started to move on top of me and I felt him go inside just a little bit in the bathing suit bottom, but not enough where he took my virginity, and definitely not as much as a tampon. More like a light poke when you first decided to explore yourself. And then he would move out and would start moving against the side of it. I was wearing a panty liner too because I was supposed to get my period that day, but I think it only covered the top of my stuff.
I keep track of my period on an app because it's not completely regulated. Sometimes it happens a few days early or a few days late. I'm four days late which is usually not a problem, but considering he ejaculated on me worries me. When we finished he went to change but I kinda sat there stunned. I've read online that there's small chances of pregnancy due to dry humping, even while being a virgin. Knowing my luck, I've been scared since.
I was wondering if any of these situations I explained above can lead to pregnancy or if it's me just over thinking it?

Hello Anm45,
Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
There would not have been a risk for becoming pregnant if you had already ovulated. Since your period was due to start at the time of this encounter, most likely you ovulated at least one to two weeks before. With a history of irregular periods, this is hard to pinpoint. Though ovulation occurs mid menstrual cycle, it can vary by a few days from one month to the next.
There would not have been a risk unless he actually ejaculated on your pubic area or penetrated your vagina and ejaculated.
Anonymous, do your best to relax. Stress can further delay the start of your period. If you are late by more than one week, test for pregnancy. Seeing the result might put your mind at ease.
