can i be pregnant after a month of not having my period but came back and gone again for almost 2 mos.

Hi im an 17 yr old girl i have my 1st sex was 10 weeks ago (it was unprotected), after a week i expect my period to be back but it didnt, so i miss my period for 2 weeks but it came back after. so i was on my period again it was regular just like before but then now its gone again for 1 month now, i take pt test at the time when my period is gone and its negative its like 3 weeks after the sex happened, no signs of pregnancy i search for signs and when it could show and i am sure nothing on what ive search happened to me, im just worried because the sex was unprotected and he didnt even finish, i dont know what to do please help me, i dont have the money to go to a doctor and i cant also say it to my parents. please help me
