I had sex with my boyfriend and he came on the bed sheets. After that, I used some dish washer soap with water to remove the stains, and then a hair dryer to dry the bed sheet. We went out for dinner and we came back after 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I repeated the process of the hair dryer and the dish washer, and then I slept. Could I accidentally become pregnant from the bed sheet?

No, there was no risk for pregnancy. You washed the semen away and dried the spot using a hair dryer. The drying process would have dried any remaining semen and killed any sperm.
