can i get pregnant if i didnt take birth control pill on 3rd day of 1st wk and didnt replace it the next day

The premise of taking birth control pills is that they are taken every day, at roughly the same time, and missed pills are made up as soon as they are remembered.

Week 1 is generally considered "safer" that weeks 2 and 3 but a missed pill at anytime raises the risk of pregnancy.In future, please take the missed pill as soon as you can.

In the meantime, keep taking your pills and wait it out until you have your period.
