Can i get pregnant without deep penetration?

So me and my guy friend were just laying in my bed when he he started rubbing on me well then before I knew it he put his penis in the very top of my vagina but not near the actual opening.. this happened a week ago but I missed my period today.. I have been having cramps tho and worrying alot... help please!!

Thank you for your question. If you have sex, you risk the chance of pregnancy. It is not based on how far the penis is inserted rather if there is an opportunity for sperm to enter the vagina. Perhaps, you should consult your physician about birth control and always use condoms.

I would say there is a highly unlikely chance that you may be pregnant. Your on birth control and you were on your period so highly unlikely to be ovulating. You should be fine.
