Can postinor 2 be active in a woman system to prevent pregnancy two or three days after taking it and have unprotected sex during ovulation

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Usually it does not prevent pregnancy a few days after. However, it is difficult to say whether or not you were ovulating when you had intercourse due to taking emergency contraception not long before.
