Hello, I just wanna ask last March 6 i got my period then on the 12th day of the month his penis touch my vaginal area wherein I know that he has some pre cm on the tip of his penis. Then when he ejaculate it was between my lower abdomen and pubic hair. I rush to the comfort room then wash his semen with water and soap. is there a possibility that i could get pregnant? Thank I need response as soon as possible. thanks

Your vagina is inside of your body. If he inserted his penis into your vagina and ejaculated or released semen, which contains sperm, and this happened close to when you were ovulating, then there was a risk for becoming pregnant.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If he had a recent ejaculation, like from masturbating, then some sperm could remain in his urethra. The urethra is the tube through which both semen and urine pass. Once he urinated, any sperm was flushed out.
In your case, it sounds like he ejaculated outside of your body and you washed away any semen as soon as possible. So, I do not think you were at risk for becoming pregnant.
