hello doctor,
I ejaculated on my girlfriend unknowingly, and some of the sperm fell on her neck, hair and upper breast area. she wiped it dry with a dry towel immediately after, and said she bathed. will the water( which had Dettol in it) that ran over her body cause her pregnant? is there a possibility for the survival of tiny remnants of sperm(after drying off skin) and the water run over the vaginal area( which was hot with a small amount of Dettol) can get her pregnant?

What if after a guy ejaculates on a girl's breast and she showered only with hot water

Hello. I was wondering if there is a chance of pregnancy in a scenerio where a male ejeculates onto a female's breast but did not proceed to wipe any of it off with a towel and immediately takes a shower right after in cold water and soap. Is there a risk of pregnancy in this case?

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about the potential for pregnancy.

No. There was no risk with this scenario. No semen entered her vagina. She wiped off any ejaculate. She bathed using an antibacterial soap (Dettol) and hot water. No sperm survived.

Maryann

thanks a lot for your reply...I was really worried.. will the sperm die immediately after coming in contact with anti bacterial solution or cloth?

Hello Anonymous,

Washing with hot water and soap, antibacterial or other, removes the semen containing sperm, sending it down the drain. Wiping with a cloth removes the semen from the body and absorbs it.
