Is there a risk of me getting pregnant if my pants/leggings were not soaked in semen/sperm? In other words, my pants/leggings were dry, only felt wet in my panty. Plus, I could only feel his penis when he carried me (we were fully clothed, he wore shorts and jeans) and we were mkg out while standing/leaning against a wall.

Did you have sex ed at school? If not, it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
January 15, 2018 - 6:15amA woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate.
So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did.
