can you still get pregnant after a tubal

Its been 2 yrs and 10 months since I had a tubal I have been having bad headaches boobs are sore I feel bloated and nauseated when I wake up in the mornings I spotted a day n a half in October is this at all a sign of possible pregnancy???

Tubal ligation is one of the most effective contraceptive methods if performed correctly. The risk of being pregnant after tubal ligation is lower than the risk in the use of other methods of contraception.
Failure of tubal ligation occurs when a woman becomes pregnant after the surgery is done.The overall failure rate for tubal ligation has been advertised to be as low as 0.1 percent, or just one unintended pregnancy per 1,000 women who undergo the operation.

But since it's been as long as it has been, I would make an appt with your doctor to see if perhaps a hormone imbalance is causing menstrual/pregnancy symptoms.
