I have always have this doubt... every time my boyfriend uses condoms he ejaculates outside, meaning that he uses the pull out method even with the condom on. But, if we are using a condom, is the pull out method really necessary? Or are condoms meant to be used/ made for when he ejaculates inside?
I know that pulling out is totally optional, im just curious if the condom's efficiency/ safety is reduced by him coming inside me with the condom and not pulling out or if it still is considered safe sex.

A condom should be placed on the penis before penetration. It is kept on until he removes his penis from your vagina.
The withdrawal method is not effective and unnecessary if he is using a condom.
