Continuous Brown Discharge

I have been having a continuous brown discharge for about three weeks now. It is very light needing only a panty liner. There is red blood mixed in from time to time when I go to the restroom. I've been diagnosed with PCOS for close to 10 years now. Due to PCOS I do not have a regular cycle. Typically I will have 3 in a year each lasting 10-14 days, but they are always very light. However, in the last 7 months they have been occurring more frequently have had 3 cycles during that time. I just went for my yearly Pap smear about 2 weeks before this started. My results were clear. Just curious if I should be concerned about something else. I have some dull back pain , but don't know if it's due to this or other factors (weight, kids, poor mattress, etc.). The pain comes and goes.
