Could I be pregnant?

I have been taking the pill for a month, I had my period like normal, lighter and less painful.
This month, I started my new pack of pills, just like normal. But this time, I ended up missing two packs of pills due to having a change in starting work at different times and just simply forgetting to take the pill.
After this, I carried on taking the pill again for another day and also took one of the pills from the missed days, on this same day. I know this is dangerous, but I still followed through with it.

The day after, I then had unprotected sex, but carried on taking my pill just like normal throughout this.
The spotting from the two missed days did stop after I got back into taking the pill.
BUT what I really do need to know, so so desperately is, could I be pregnant?
Please could someone come forward with a really clear answer about this.

Thank you for your reply, It has made me realise I do just need to sit back and wait.
If I was pregnant, would the spotting have stopped because of it?

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If you skipped pills and had unprotected sex, you do have a chance of pregnancy. You will have to wait until you miss a period, wait a week and then take a pregnancy test. Anytime you have sex, there is a possibility of pregnancy therefore, using condoms as well is always suggested. I know this is a scary time but you must wait until you miss a period to know for sure if you are pregnant. Please keep us posted.
