yesterday i spotted blood it was light, now today it's gone. i've been having soreness in my breast too.

anonymous ok so my cycle was on sept 23rd, it was regular,heavy flow, and lasted for 5 days. on the 25th of oct i spotted lightly for a few hours, but it went away.it is now oct 27th and my period hasn't started. my breast are sore and i am having adominal pain could i be pregnant ?

This is a hard question to answer with the little information that you provided. Sore breasts are common for menstrual cycles and pregnancy. If you have missed a period, take a pregnancy test to find out the results. Hopefully this helps a little.
