me and my boyfriend were messing around and he cued all over my chest. after we went into the bathroom and he wiped it all off completely for me before he left. Before I got into the tub, I washed my chest off (which was dry) with soap and water. is there a chance I could be pregnant if some of the Sperm got into the water? or is it that once sperm is dry they're dead? please help I'm freaking out

You are correct. Once semen is dry, the sperm is dead. You were not at any risk.
