I gave my boyfriend a blowjob and I had all of my clothes on. when I got to the resturaunt, I washed my hands with warm water, after this I went to a friend's house and washed them with warm water again and dried them, then I went to the bathroom and wiped with toilet paper. could I have gotten semen on the toilet paper and gotten it in my vagina? p.s. this all happened in a matter of 30 minutes

Based on the activity you described, if you still had traces of semen on your hands it would no longer be alive and the likelihood of it transferring on to the toilet paper to your vagina (and you becoming pregnant) is slim to none.
