I was so stupid when i touched his penis and got a little precm on my fingers and after a while I fingered myself. I wasn't really sure if it was dry and now I am freaking out. Can I get pregnant?

This is an unlikely scenario as pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If a male has had a recent ejaculation, sperm can remain in the urethra (the tube that both semen and urine pass through). Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out.
