I went to my boyfriends house and I layed on him fully clothed but I felt his Penis really poke my vagina. I said he also had wet patched of pc on his boxers (not sure if it could've got through his shorts as well) he also touched the bottom of my bare butt cheeks and the pubic area of my vagina. He also pulled my pants and jeans down for a few seconds and touched my butt and pubic area. I am concerned if any traces of sperm on his hands could've transferred to the places he touched and could it have travelled to the vaginal opening? So worried. Please help.

You did not put yourself at risk. Sperm can not survive outside of the body and be transfered back into the body.
